Aside from a few errors, Simon&#8217;s video is a remarkably compact, accessible, and informative overview of the field\u2019s development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video made several claims about Eunice Foote, a nineteenth century scientist who made an important observation related to climate change, and in this section Simon made a few missteps.
